How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All orders are sent out within 3 days after they are received (unless we’re on tour at the time). Most orders in Canada should take about a 1 week, the US about 2 weeks and overseas roughly around 1 month. That being said, we can’t guarantee this, especially for packages going to the US and overseas. If US customs decide to hold the package, it will be delayed. We’ve had orders going to the US take over a month because of this, and it’s completely out of our control. Same thing with overseas orders, we’ve had some arrive in 1 month and others up to 3 months. So we ask that you please be patient. But if you are concerned, you can contact us and we’ll confirm the date the order was received and sent.
This seems like a lot for shipping. Are you sure this amount is correct?
The webstore calculates shipping based on exact weight of items. If you combine shipping, your shipping cost will be based on the weight of your order, even if you have a lot of different items. Please note that shipping cost also includes PayPal fees and taxes on postage, so what you pay will not be exactly the postage stamps on your package.
Why is shipping to Australia so expensive?
Canada Post has recently (2022) changed it so that sending packages to Australia via surface mail is no longer an option. This means that shipping is more expensive, but should also mean that it shouldn't take 6+ months for a package to arrive in Australia anymore.
I don't have PayPal, can I still order merch?
If you don't have PayPal you can order merch by mailing a money order. E-mail: fckthefacts[dot]band[atgmail[dot]com for more information on how to do so.
Do you have ‘Discoing The Dead’ CD or ‘Disgorge Mexico’ on LP, etc...?
Everything we currently have for sale is listed in the store.
I run a distro/label and would like to sell some FTF stuff, do you trade or wholesale?
Unfortunately, we can’t do any trades at the moment. But yes, we do sell stuff wholesale to distros and labels. Contact us for our price list.
Will you sign my CD, LP, etc... before you ship it?
Yes! Just send us a message asking us to do so.
